A BIG welcome to Susan's Diet website
Our website enables you to follow the day to day ups and downs of Susan's Diet. A unique concept to follow someone along that winding, rocky road to a healthier, slimmer body.
The weight loss regime has now started. We are looking to involve lots of suggestions from our website followers in order to understand what YOU go through too when you are dieting - wheather it's dieting hurdles or running free whilst you are on your way to your own goal.
We have created some useful tools to help YOU reach YOUR goals with the following which we hope you will find useful:
10 POINT STARTER TICK SHEET - a tick sheet with 10 tips to becoming healthier that you can place anywhere that enables you to go through some early stages on how to eat healthily en-route to losing some weight (but not necessarily if you don't want to)
WHAT YOU EAT SHEET - a food/menu sheet in order to keep track of what you are eating throughout the day so you don't forget, as let's face it, many of us do! Save
OVERWEIGHT OR NOT? - if you want to check if you are overweight you can simply use the handy widget on our this page or read through our overweight guidelines.
WHAT'S YOUR BMI? - if it's something you don't know, then it's something maybe you should. Checking your Body Mass Index will ensure you understand how your body currently is.
WEIGHTLOSS BLOG - Any weight lost or any weight gained will be recorded here, not necessarily weekly but when I feel like it, which will help me keep on track of what I am doing day to day.
THOUGHT BLOG - sometimes things go well and sometimes they don't, we all have our ups and downs of emotions, it will all get recorded here every single day, so logon to see what Susan thinks about the goings on of the day.
FOOD BLOG - Keeping track of what you eat is important, therefore everything will be written down in order to ensure that it's measured correctly. Not forgetting that sneaky piece of cadbury's dairy milk chocolate that I couldn't resist - it all counts - good and bad! We'll be keeping track on encouraging an increase in essential fruit and veg every day too.
